"On Saturday, September 12, 2009, the doors open at 7 pm for the BARK AND BOOGIE BALL. This is a party! So start with a drink at the Cash Bar, browse and participate in our silent auction, nibble on hors d'oeuvres, enjoy an elegant gourmet buffet dinner, start wherever you’d like at the The Metropolitan Club off of Windward Parkway. Join in the action of the Live Auction. The BARK AND BOOGIE BALL will be a black tie invited affair. This year’s main entertainment with be provided by BandX.

Our silent auction will be beyond your imagination, featuring unique one of a kind items, trips, golf outings and collector's items in every category. You never know which celebrity may show up to surprise everyone!

All funds raised will aid the Humane Society of Forsyth County. We face new challenges due to the economy. Foreclosures have forced some families to give up their pets. Veterinarian costs for illness, shots and spay/neuter are a large part of our budget. All animals are spayed/neutered and receive medical care, all paid by the shelter. Please keep in mind that we receive no public funding; only generous donations from caring folks like you."
